About Porter's Orchids

Bill and Suzi Porter began growing orchids commercially over 20 years ago. At first, they had a small greenhouse attached to their home. Gradually, as their orchids blossomed, so did their business. During the Christmas season of 1996, they realized their dream of having a state-of-the-art greenhouse as they moved their collection to its new quarters on Royston Road in Grand Ledge, Michigan. Now, the greenhouses are home to thousands of plants, growing, blooming and waiting for new homes to grace with their presence. Indeed, the greenhouse is a pleasant, inviting place that will make you smile!

Our two greenhouses are filled with a vast selection of blooming size orchid species and hybrids.

 

 

 

Visitors are welcome at our retail greenhouse complex, located just west of Lansing. Map It is handicap accessible.

Greenhouse Hours:

Tuesday - Saturday:	10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (January 22 through October 31)
	10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (November 1 through January 21)
